Artistica
Nicole
Rowland and Daniella Weinreich are former provincial gymnasts who have
used their skills to create Artistica. The Two performers were inspired
by Cirque du Soleil, and many Olympic gymnasts to create this unique
hand-balancing act that incorporates strength, flexibility, endurance
and balance. Hand-balancing is a unique circus art that involves the
ability of one individual to perform handstands and balances upon another.
Niki and Danielle have performed at professional sport events as well
as recreational promotion events.
Artistic
has entertained many corporate, charity and private events displaying
their unique style and skill. Nikki and Danielle have created a show
that is fluid in its dance and outstanding in its strength and balance.
Their costume is one that creates the illusion of fluidity, shapes and
mesmerizes audiences as they try to decipher the two individuals.
Artistic consists of a ten minute hand-balancing
show accompanied by minimal equipment and up-beat music. A shorter five
minute show incorporates many of the full show elements. Artistica may
also interact with guests following the show demonstrating individual
skills throughout the event.
